About the League The Bloomington Broomball League was reformed for the 2007 season. All games are played at Tretbaugh Park on 90th St. and France Ave in Bloomington, Minnesota. Here are some league highlights: USA Broomball certified officials used. No referees on skates! USA Broomball rules used. All managers get a rule book at the beginning of the season. Tretbaugh Park is a broomball only facility.
